Before your treatment If you are visiting us for the first time you will be asked to complete a short form so that we can check for any contraindications and to make sure we also understand your requirements so that we can treat you holistically. You will receive your Indian Head Massage whilst seated on our comfortable massage chair. Your massage will be given using carefully selected massage oils which allows for a nice, fluid treatment. You’ll be asked to remove your clothing from your upper body only (leaving your bra on) and will be given a towel to wrap round you for your comfort and privacy. You will need to remove any necklaces, earrings and glasses. If you have shoulder length or longer hair it’s fine to arrive with your hair tied up or this can be done at the start of the treatment. All hair ties will be removed part way through the treatment to allow for the full scalp massage to be given. After your treatment: We will ask for your feedback so your next treatment can be adapted accordingly. Some weeks you may wish to leave feeling calm, others you may wish to leave feeling invigorated, or you may really love a particular movement and would like to have more time spent on that. Finally, aftercare advice is provided to every client at the end of their 1st treatment. After your first appointment you'll also benefit from our calma loyalty scheme.
